In our household, ANZAC Day has a double meaning, as it is also my daughter's birthday! It's often very strange mixing a day intended to be solemn and time for quiet reflection; with one intended to be full of joy and time for celebration.
The photos in my first layout that I created for D-lish Scraps, were taken exactly 3 years ago today, when my daughter turned 4. (As you are reading this it's likely I am madly putting finishing touches on a birthday cake!)
This layout was created using Cocoa Vanilla Studio "Sugar and Spice" papers and stickers, and a whole lot of D-lish goodies!
D-lish Scraps products used include a huge variety of paper flowers; flair; wood veneers; resin; doiley; sequins; washi tape; flower stamens and sequin bow. For more close-ups and details of all products, see my post on the D-lish Scraps blog HERE
Next, is another layout starring my beautiful girl and lots of D-lish embellishments...
{Papers by Heidi Swapp; Kaisercraft and Project Life; die cuts and stickers by Heidi Swapp}
This layout also features lots of beautiful D-lish Scraps paper flowers; a Green Tara fabric flower; metallic flair; wood veneer; doiley; glitter washi tape; sequin bow; and Wordfetti strip. Again, there are more photos and full details about this layout in my D-lish post HERE
There are also a couple of handmade items included on this layout. One is the bookprint chipboard heart button from Burdy's Embellies and the other a Fabulous Flower from Charms Creations.
Thanks for stopping by today and for everyone who takes the time to leave me comments on my work. They really are appreciated! (Please ensure you leave your blog link too so I can find you and return the favour!)
Til next time, happy scrapping! X
