OMG...it's an Echo Park DOUBLE!!!

That's right, don't adjust your screen - I actually scrapped a double layout!!! (Don't worry, I shocked the hell out of myself too! LOL Apologies in advance for this long post, there's lots to show!) This LO was created for Ant's May Monthly Challenge at Scrapbooking Top 50, which is to scrap a LO using paper piecing in a quilt type design, bling and stitching. I pulled out all the stops and used my Echo Park 'Summer Days' kit from Handmade By Suzanne and am pretty happy with the result...

I used soooo many bits & pieces on this LO - the main elements being the Echo Park pps, chipboard stickers, alphas & journal card...

Lovelybug Bits n Bobs 'Ballerina' button...

Burdy's Handmade Embellies chipboard heart button (which I coloured with chalkboard glimmermist)...

Charm's Creations lollipop flower, Kaisercraft mini crochet doiley, Treens Trinkets bird pin...

Gorgeous Websters Trendsetter Green Fashion trim, bakers twine, pearls and even the label from the pp...

I've got more Echo Park to share, but think I'll leave it at that for today as my patience is all used up from uploading all those pics...LOL

Sue this looks so so super fab and the close ups show all of that wonderful detail. Congrats on the double, they are a big chore in themselves hey?
And speaking of Aussie World. We went last year when were on hols. We had driven past it numerous times and thought it would be dreadful and only went on friends recommendation that it wasn't too bad. The kids had as much fun as the major Theme Parks. Give them a few rides and they love it. No crowds, no queues. Had a blast.

Sue, this layout is fantastic - I LOVE IT!!!
Wish I could 'do' brights as well as you.

I'm a massive fan of Charm's Lollipops too, don't know what I used as embellies before she started making and selling them LOL.
