D-lish Scraps July Inspiration Board

Hi all!
As we are nearing the end of the month, I am just popping in share my take on this month's D-lish Scraps Inspiration Board challenge and remind you that time is fast running out to enter if your haven't already. This layout featured on the D-lish blog earlier this month, and has lots of D-lish goodies on it.

First, here's a reminder of the board for this month...

{Please remember that the colours of the board are compulsory and ALL of them must be represented AS IS on your entry. The sketch portion of the board is purely optional.}

Here is my take on it...

{Papers by Pink Paislee; Studio Calico; and Shimelle for American Crafts}

All the embellishments on this layout are from D-lish Scraps, with many of them coming from the (sold out) July 'Superstar' Just Add Paper kit.

I used the kit label as my title (proof that every bit of this kit is useful - even the packaging!), and layered it with a Freckled Fawn arrow clip.

Even more packaging at work (the raffia the kit was tied up with) - made into a bow. The viewfinder die cut, flair and flag were from the kit too. I also used a lime paper doily. (I love these doilies! They are available in so many colours and I use them all the time.)

Across my layout I scattered a few of my all-time favourite wood veneer stars; and a sprinkling of green D-lish Dots.

Also used on this layout was my trusty Motex tape writer with lime Motex tape. (If you don't already have a tape writer I highly recommend them, plus you will find them on sale in the store NOW.)

I hope I have inspired (or reminded) you to join in this challenge. As always, there is a $30 randomly drawn D-lish Scraps store voucher up for grabs, and also one of next month's Just Add Paper kits. Both items definitely worth playing for!

Thanks for stopping by. Til next time, happy scrapping to you all! X
